双泵共用进水池三维紊流数值模拟和试验研究

摘    要:采用三维不可压粘性流Navier-Stokes方程和非结构化网格,数值模拟了双泵共用进水池的流场,分析了前池底坡和机组不对称运行对水泵进水条件的不利影响,计算了水泵吸水管内的涡角,并利用模型试验结果,验证了数值计算的可靠性和有效性。研究结果表明,数值计算可为理论分析和模型试验研究提供重要的参考依据;双泵共用进水池对后面水泵的进水条件不利,在进水设计中应引起重视。

Abstract:Three dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equations and unstructured mesh are adopted to simulate turbulent flow in a pump sump shared by two pumps. Unfavorable flow conditions caused by bottom slop of forbay and asymmetric operation of pump sets are analyzed, and swirl angles of flow entering the suction pipe of pump are calculated. The effectiveness and reliability of numerical simulation are verified by model test results. The findings indicate that numerical computation can provide important references for theoretical analyses and model experiment, and since two pumps sharing a pump sump is not favorable to the flow conditions of the rear pump attentions should be paid in pump intake design.
