苏北沿海地区棉花生产现状分析与出路思考

根据苏北沿海棉区近五年来的棉花生产情况，分析了棉花生产中田闽管理放松、生产成本投入减少、种植成本增加、棉花收购遇冷落、植棉效益下降、棉农信心不足等突出问题及其政策不再支撑、市场疲软、价格低而不稳、自然灾害频繁发生、病虫害日益加重等主要原因，提出发展棉花生产的出路应采取政策支持棉花、政府关注棉花、良补倾斜棉花、价格保护棉花、托市收储棉花等措施。
