大庆油田聚合物驱后产生物表面活性剂本源菌研究

摘    要:为了探索聚合物驱后进一步提高果收率的新技术,在大庆开展了聚驱后微生物调驱试验。从大庆油田4个聚合物驱后的采油井中筛选出三株排油圈直径大于4cm、表面张力从62.3mN/m降低到25.3mN/m、乳化性能较好的声生物表面活性剂的菌。将其培养条件优化,得到生长速度快、产量高的生物表面活性剂。

Abstract:After polymer flooding,nearly 50% of the remaining reserves was remained,in Daqing Oilfield it had more than 6,000 wells shut-in,in order to further explore polymer flooding techniques after the new enhanced oil recovery technology,and polymer flooding test was carried out after microbiological test.Three stains of oil expulsion circle diameter larger than 4 cm were screened from Daqing Oilfield,four production wells after polymer flooding,reduce surface tension from 62.3mN/m to 25.3mN/m,good emulsifying properties of biosurfactant-producing bacterias are obtained,by which optimization of their culture conditions,fast-growing,high yield biosurfactant are established.
