高配合力玉米自交系丹598姊妹系的选育与利用

摘    要:丹598姊妹系包含丹598-1、丹598-2、丹598-18,是以玉米自交系OH43Ht3、丹340、丹黄02、丹黄11、丹黄18经单交、复合杂交、回交及多代自交选育而成.具有一般配合力高、抗病、抗倒伏、耐旱、适应性强等特点,含旅大红骨血缘28.125%,热带血缘25%,唐四平头血缘9.375%,Lancaster血缘9.375%.与Reid血缘杂优模式最强,丹598姊妹系组配的丹玉26号、丹玉39号、东单60、丹科2151等玉米新品种,已在我国玉米生产中发挥重要的增产作用,得到广泛应用,是旅大红骨血缘改良的重大突破.

Abstract:The maize inbred line Dan598 and its sister lines such as Dan598-1, Dan598-2 and Dan598-18, which were bred by single cross, complex cross, back cross OH43~(Ht3), Dan340, Danhuang02, Danhuang11 and Danhuang18 and then by many generations of self cross, have the characters of having high combing ability, being resistant to diseases and lodging, being endurable to drought and having wide adaptability. The inbred lines contain 28.125 percent of Luda Red Cob Pedigree, 25 percent of tropical maize pedigree, 9.375 percent of Tangsipingtou pedigree and 9.375 percent of Lancaster pedigree and have the highest heterosis with Reid Yellow Dent maize. The hybrids such as Danyu26, Danyu39, Dongdan60 and Danke2151 etc. which are crossed by Dan598 and its sister lines have been used widely and played important roles in the maize production in China and have made great breakthrough to the improvement of Luda Red Cob Pedigree.
