摘    要:介绍了热泵干燥的技术特点及近几年来国内外有关热泵干燥技术在农副产品干燥加工中的应用及研究现状,并对热泵干燥技术存在的问题及今后的发展方向作了简单的阐述。

Abstract:The heat pump drying is an energy saving and efficient drying method. It has been widely applied to woods, vegetables, seeds, grains and other drying processes since 70's. Although heat pump drying has many advantages over the traditional airflow one, there are some problems unsolved such as low drying temperature and high investment of the equipment. Some technologies have been utilized to increase the drying temperature, however the research and development of a new compressor with high exhaust temperature and pressure, which fits with heat pump drying, are essential solutions to this problem. The research of heat pump drying is inclined to the development of a new heat pump drying system on the basis of the absorption cycle and the application of modern measuring, transducing and automatic control technologies in heat pump drying system.
