摘    要:本文简要叙述整树(Complete Tree)或全树(Whole Tree)各组分生物量、纤维形态、化学组分、砂质含量和木片合格率,并就全松树木片作为湿法硬质纤维板制造的原料进行探讨性的研究。关于全树木片和采伐剩余物木片的分选,将另文阐述。


A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON WHOLE TREECHA RACTERISTICSAND THEIR APPLICATIONS TO FI BERBOARD INDUSTRY
Abstract:In this paper biomasses, fiber properties, chemical compositions, sand contents and chip size distribution in complete tree or whole tree are discussed. Investigations have been carried out on fiberboard made from a mixture of whole pine tree in a pilot scale. The results are summarized as follows. Chips from whole pine tree decreased the pulp yield and gave pulps lower drainage time. Both the mechanical and water resistance properties of fiberboard seemed to have been improved with increasing amount of whole pine tree chips except for impact strength which was decreased with whole pine tree chips. But the most serious is the decreased pulp yield causing water pollution.
