| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴鸭排泄物收集方法对肉鹅的蛋白质净利用率进行初步研究。当日粮蛋白质水平为15%时,蛋白质的净利用率为56.25%;当日粮蛋白质水平为8%时,蛋白质的净利用率为59.33%。结果表明,当日粮蛋白质水平增高时,蛋白质的净利用率有降低趋势。

| Abstract: | Excreta collection techniques in nitrogen(N)balance trail developed from the techniques for ducks were used to study the net protein utilization of goose.The results showed that the net protein utilization of goose decreased when the diet protein level increased.The net protein utilizations of goose were 56.52 % and 59.33 %,when protein levels were 15 % and 8 % respectively. |
