摘    要:目的]研究外源海藻糖对烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)幼苗生长及抗旱性的影响,从而为其在种子加工及包衣方面的应用提供理论依据。方法]试验通过PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫环境,比较了不同浓度海藻糖处理后对烟草幼苗生长的影响。结果]在PEG6000模拟干旱条件下,烟苗明显受到干旱胁迫。外源海藻糖处理后的烟草幼苗在干旱胁迫下可明显提高叶片的相对含水量和叶绿素的含量,降低电导率和MDA的含量,提高POD、CAT和SOD酶活性;统计结果表明,海藻糖处理以浓度为10-15 mmol/L的效果最好。结论]外源海藻糖可缓解干旱对烟草幼苗生长的胁迫,提高烟苗的抗旱性。

Effect of Exogenous Trehalose on the Drought-resisting of Tobacco Seedling under Drought Stress

Abstract:Objective]The theoretical basis of the technique of the seed processing and coating was provided through the research on the exogenous trehalose impacting the tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum) seedling growth and its drought-tolerance.Method]The effect of the different concentrations of trehalose on the tobacco seedling growth was compared through the experiment in the simulated drought stress of PEG6000.Results]Under the simulated drought condition of PEG6000,the tobacco seedling was obviously affected by drought stress.The content of relative water and chlorophyll in leaf of tobacco seedling under drought stress could significantly be increased,the conductivity and the content of MDA could be reduced,the activity of POD,CAT and SOD could be improved after it was treated by exogenous trehalose.The statistical results showed that the best concentration of trehalose was 10-15 mmol/L.Conclusion]The exogenous trehalose can alleviate the stress of drought to the tobacco seedling growth for the improvement of the drought-resisting of tobacco seedling.
