模糊PID控制在锅炉汽包水位中的应用研究

摘    要:针对工业锅炉给水控制过程的特点,应用一种带有参数在线自校正模糊PID控制器的三冲量控制系统,实现工业锅炉汽包水位的定值控制。三冲量是引入了三个测量信号:汽包水位、给水流量和蒸汽流量。整个控制系统形成两个闭合回路。其一是给水流量测量装置、调节算法、给水调节阀构成的内回路;其二是由水位变送器、调节算法、整个内回路及对象控制通道所构成的外回路。蒸汽流量信号是前馈信号。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of industrial boiler feedwater control process,a three-impulse control system with self-tuning fuzzy PID controller is used to set and control the industrial boiler drum water level.Three-impulse is the introduction of the three signals: water level,water flow and steam flow.The control system has two close loops,one is the inner loop,composed of the water flow measurement device,regulating algorithm and a control valve of water supply;the other is the outer loop composed of the level transmitter,adjusting algorithm and the entire inner loop and the control channels.The steam flow signal is feed forward signal.
