| 摘 要： | 建立用高效液相色谱法测定水产品中环丙沙星的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,C18固相萃取柱净化后,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。试验结果表明:环丙沙星峰面积与其工作液浓度有着良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),最低检出限为1.0μg/kg,加标回收率为79.5%～88.0%,相对标准偏差为1.5%～4.2%。

| Abstract: | The paper established an analytical method for the detection of ciprofloxacin in aquatic products by HPLC.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by C18-SPE,determined the quality by the rentention times and quantity by external standard.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between peak area and quality fracfion of ciprofloxacin(r=0.999 3).The limit of detection was 1.0 μg/kg,and the recovery was generally 79.5%～88.0%,with the relative standard deviation was 1.5%～4.2%. |
