| 摘 要： | 对甜玉米超甜28、超甜金银栗1号、田宝超甜、华甜玉8号、种苗2号、蜂蜜哈尼236、三福、华甜玉1号、绿霸超甜、鄂甜玉2号共10个品种进行了品比试验,对其产量、乳熟期含糖量、淀粉含量进行了测定,对生物学性状、感官品质、加工品质进行了观察比较,筛选出了目前国内鲜食、加工两用的可推广甜玉米品种华甜玉1号、超甜28、绿霸超甜3个品种,为甜玉米加工企业在品种选择上提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the trials on ten kinds of contrasted varieties of super sweet 1 (Guangdong).Tianbao super sweet (Liaoling). Huatian 8 (Huazhong Agricul tural University),Zhongmiao 2(Taiwan),Honey 236(Taiwan),Sanfu(Taiwan),Huatian 1( Huazhong Agricultural University) Luba super sweet (Guangdong) and E Tian 2(Hube i) were conducted. Their yields in the period of endosperm mature and starch con tent were determined. The comparison and observation of biological property sens ory quality and processing quality were conducted. Three kinds of sweet corn var ieties: Huatian 1,super sweet 28 and Luba super sweet, which could be extended f or fresh-eating and processing in our country at present were screened. This pro vided the basis for sweet corn processing enterprise in the variety selection |
