摘    要:黑龙江省农垦总局为了适应农业结构的产业调整和国家商品粮基地的机械化作业质量,提出了建设现代农机装备试验区的发展战略目标,并对其进行了研究.研究结果为黑龙江垦区建立新的农业机器系以及垦区全面实施现代农机装备试验区计划提供了参考.为此,以黑龙江垦区新建立的现代化农机装备试验区农业机器系统为研究对象,提出了降低生产成本、提高经济效益的可行方案.该方案不仅具有现实意义,而且具有理论价值.

Abstract:The research is based on the strategic goal of building modern agricultural machinery equipments experimental Section, which is put forward by the General Bureau of State Farms of Heilongjiang province so as to meet the requirements of the regulation of agricultural structure, and improve the mechanization operation quality of state base of commodity grain. The results provide important guidance on building new agricultural machine system for Heilongjiang Reclamation area, and provides references for the spreading of modern agricultural machinery equipments experimental area. This paper selected the new agricultural machinery system of modern agricultural machinery equipments experimental area as the research object, and discussed the feasible approaches in cost reduction and economic benefit enhancement, which is of much practical s!gnificance and of theoretical value.
