西洋参皂苷积累动态的研究

摘    要:对四年生西洋参在6月1日至8月20日的生长期内参总皂苷及某些单体皂苷含量的动态进行了测定。结果表明:西洋根部总皂苷的积是一个缓慢的增长过程。各皂苷的积累规律与总皂苷一致,但各单体皂苷积累的份额各不相同,在供试期间内,以Rb1积累的最高,其次是Re,Rd,Rc,Rg1,F11为最小。

Abstract:Dynamic determination of content of total saponins and some monomer saponin for four-year-old Panax quinquefolium L. has been made in the growing period from June 1 to August 20 . The results indicate that accumulation of total saponns in the root of Panax quinquefolium L. is a slow increasing course.Law of accumulation of each monomer saponin is consistent with total saponins.The portion of accumulation of each monomer saponin has nothing in common with each other. Portion of Rb 1 is the highest, Re, Rc and Rg 1 is secondary and F 11 is the lowest in the experimental period.
