神农架特色稻品种冷水红的农艺性状及营养成分

摘    要:为准确了解特色稻品种冷水红的农艺性状,对冷水红的株高、分蘖、叶片数、每穗粒数、粒形、千粒重等生物学性状进行了调查,并对其糙米营养成分(蛋白质、脂肪、直链淀粉、氨基酸)进行了测定。结果表明,冷水红的株高168.5 cm,分蘖数为4.2个,叶片数为13.1片,每穗粒数120粒,粒长8 mm,粒宽3.4 mm,粒厚2.2 mm,千粒重30.4g;脂肪含量、蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量比对照丰两优4号分别高22%、42%、45%,存在显著差异;其氨基酸总含量比对照丰两优4号高49%。说明冷水红的营养成分丰富,价值高,很有开发利用前景。
