| 摘 要： | 以德国牧羊犬为实验动物,用两种不同的冷冻方法和剂型对犬的精液进行冷冻,以冻精解冻后的活率作为评定指标,提高犬精液利用效率和扩大犬精液的使用范围。采集4条公犬的精液40次,分别在四种稀释液中稀释,冷冻成两种剂型,根据冻后活率比较优劣。结果表明,稀释液2颗粒冻精的冻后活率显著高于稀释液1、稀释液3和稀释液4(P0.05);对犬的精液进行炸熏法和程序冷冻法冷冻,炸熏法冷冻的精液冻后活率均显著高于程序冷冻法冷冻的精液(P0.05)。

| Abstract: | With German shepherd dogs for experimental animals,freezing semen was studyed.The semen of four dogs was collected 40 times in four diluent dilution frozen into two formulations,according to the sperm motility to compare advantages and disadvantages.The results showed that the sperm motility after frozen of the particles frozen semen in dilute 2 was significantly higher than dilute 1,3,and 4 dilute(P<0.05).The sperm motility after freezing of dogs semen with fried smoked method was significantly higher than frozen semen of program method(P<0.05). |
