| 摘 要： | 采用不同消毒方式和培养基对白术和黄芪种子试管内萌发进行探究.实验结果表明:白术种子最佳消毒方式为75%酒精消毒30 s再用0.1%HgCl2消毒5 min;白术种子试管内萌发的适宜堵养基为1/2 MS.黄芪种子最佳消毒方式为75%酒精消毒20 s再用0.1%HgCl2消毒10～15 min;黄芪种子试管内萌发的适宜培养基为半固体培养基.

| Abstract: | The effects of different culture media and disinfection methods on in vitro germination of seeds of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.and A stragalus mernbranaceus (Fisch.)Bge.were studied.The results showed that the optimum disinfection method for seeds of A tractylodes mocrocephala Koidz.was firstly treated with 75% ethanol for 30 s and then treated with 0.1%HgCl2 for 5min;the best culture medium for A tractylodes mocrocephala Koidz.seeds was 1/2MS;the optimum disinfection method for seeds of Astragalus me mbranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.was firstly treated with 75%ethanol for 20 s and then treated with 0.1%HgCl2 for 10 min to 15 min;the best culture medium for seeds of A stragalus membranaceus (Fisch.)Bge.was semisolid medium. |
