根冠淀粉水解法鉴定多年生黑麦草抗旱性

摘    要:本文试用幼苗根冠淀粉水解法判断4个优良牧草及草坪草搭配品种的多年生黑麦草草伊爱卡,德比,帝王,鳄鱼的抗旱性及耐热性,其结果与田间调查,农艺评定结果相符,即抗旱性及耐热性高低排列顺序为:伊爱卡>德比>帝王>鳄鱼。从中筛选出抗旱性,耐热性较强的品种伊爱卡。

Abstract:Using sta rch hydrolyzed method cf seedling tip cap to d iagnose the d rought resistan ce and thetemperature to leran ce,the result is consistent with the field in vestigating and the agricultural diagnosis,i.e. the order of the drought resistance and temperature tolerance is Elka>Derby>Regal>Gator.Thevariety of the higher drought resistance and the higher tem perature tolerance Elka was selected out.
