带传动CAT／CAI系统的研制

本系统是作者在三角胶带传动实验台的基础上研制的一套完整的集机械、微电子技术、软件编程技术为一体的ＣＡＴ／ＣＡＩ系统。实现了对扭矩、转速、传动效率、滑动系数的计算机辅助测试及曲线绘制，并研制了动态实时图象显示技术及在线数字屏幕输出，使实验台各传感器的调整安装等简化。本系统可以几分钟内完成对带的不同预紧力、不同包角情况下的性能测试，能全面了解带传动的各种特性，同时本系统不破坏原测试系统的完整性。该系统

This system is developed on the basis of the mechanical system of belt rig. It is a CAT system taking mechanical,micro-electronic and software engineering technol-ogy as a whole,to realiz the computer aided testing and curves drawing of torque,revolu-tion,powerand sliding coefficence This system adpoted the dynamic graphics and digital display on line technology,made the operation simple.
