摘    要:采用5种常用中草药(黄芪、板兰根、茯苓、黄芩和鱼腥草)作为饲料添加剂,按10g/kg的剂量添加到饲料当中饲喂1龄鲤,测定这几种中草药对鲤的血清一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响,以及对水中加入毒性化学药物敌百虫后鲤的血清NO浓度产生的作用。结果表明:添加黄芪和茯苓可使正常鱼血清NO的含量升高.而其他组则降低;水中加入高浓度的敌百虫后,各组鱼血清NO含量均较水中未加敌百虫时升高.但添加中草药的几组鱼除板兰根组外,血清NO含量升高的幅度明显低于对照组,显示这几种中草药对敌百虫毒性作用造成的NO急剧升高有缓解的作用。

Abstract:Membranous milkvetch root Astragalus membranaceus Fisch, tuckahoe Poria cocos Wolf, heartleaf houttuynia herb Houttuynia cordata Thunb, Isatis indigotica Fort and baikal skullcap root Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi are added to feed of carp cyprynus carpio respectively with a dosage of 10 g/kg and effect of the five Chinese herbal medicine on nitrogen monoxide (NO) concentration in serum of carp in normal water and in water with high concentration anthon are tested. It shows that NO concentration in serum of carp fed with membranous milkvetch root and tuckahoe is higher than that of the control group in normal water while fed with the other Chinese herbal medicine make NO concentration in serum lower than the control group. However, all the five Chinese herbal medicine can make NO concentration in serum lower than that of the control group while anthon of high concentration added in the water. Raising degree of NO concentration in serum of the carp fed with the Chinese herbal medicine except Isatis indigotica Fort are lower than that of the control group.
