| 摘 要： | 基于多层模型区域地理空间基础框架建设是以区域内的基础地理信息为基础，结合专业数据、知识规则，开发的具有空间统一基准的应用系统。从多层模型的角度出发，对框架的整体结构、多源数据组织、应用模型及其关键技术进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Development of a regional geospatial framework based on multilayer model is an application system with spatial unified benchmark on the basis of regional gee-information, and by integrating specialized data and knowledge rules. The integral structure, multisource data, application models and key techniques of the framework arediscussed through a multilayer model. |
