NaCl溶液协同蒸馏法提取香柏精油工艺的研究

摘    要:以孝感学院内的香柏细枝叶为原料,采用NaCl溶液协同蒸馏法对香柏精油的提取工艺进行研究.结果表明:提取香柏精油的最佳工艺参数为:料液比1∶15,NaCl溶液浓度为4%,浸泡6h,蒸馏时间3h.在此条件下,香柏精油的提取率达到了1.95%.

Abstract:Taking Thuja occidentalis L.1eaves and thin trees as test material,the synergistic extraction technology of essential oil from Thuja occidentalis L.1eaves and thin trees was studied by using NaCl solution and distillation.The results showed that the optimum technological parameter were ratio of raw material to liquid was 1∶15(W/V),concentration of NaCl solution was 4%,soaking time was 6 h,distilling time was 3 h.The essential oli extraction yield was up to 1.95%.
