漳平市上界村乡村产业发展SWOT分析

【目的/意义】探索漳平市上界村乡村产业发展策略,为漳平市全面推进乡村振兴提供建议。【方法/过程】文章以漳平市上界村为研究对象,采用SWOT分析方法,具体分析了上界村产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,探索制约上界村农业、旅游等产业发展的核心因素。【结果/结论】文章从S+O战略、S+T战略、W+O战略、W+T战略4个方面,提出上界村应着力打造乡村特色“莲”品牌;加大文创产品创作力度;多途径营销渠道推广;完善乡村基础设施建设;引入专业人才等多个具体建议,为促进上界村乡村产业发展进而推进乡村振兴进一步实施提供参考意见。

SWOT Analysis of Rural Industry Development in Shangjie Village of Zhangping City

【Objective/Meaning】The development strategy of rural industry in Shangjie Village of Zhangping City was explored in this paper,thus to provide suggestions for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization of Zhangping City.【Methods/Procedures】By taking Shangjie Village of Zhangping City as the research object,the method of SWOT analysis was adopted to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of industrial development in Shangjie Village,and the core factors restricting the development of the industries such as agriculture and tourism in Shangjie Village were also explored and studied.【Results/Conclusions】From the four aspects of S+O strategy,S+T strategy,W+O strategy and W+T strategy,some specific recommendations for Shangjie Village were put forward including focusing on creating the rural characteristic brand of“lotus”;intensifying the creation of cultural and creative products;promoting multi-channel marketing channel;improving rural infrastructure;and introducing professional talents,thus to provide reference for promoting the development of rural industry in Shangjie Village and promoting the further implementation of rural revitalization.
