原生质体融合技术在大豆遗传改良上的应用

摘    要:介绍原生质体融合技术在大豆遗传改良方面的作用,主要探讨大豆原生质体融合的途径和方式,以期达到在大豆育种改良中克服远缘有性杂交不亲和性和创新种质等目的。通过对其他植物原生质体融合技术的研究,提出了关于大豆原生质体不对称融合的几点展望。

Application of Protoplast Fusion in the Genetic Improvement of Soybean

Abstract:The role of protoplast fusion techniques in genetic improvement of soybean was introduced. The ways and approaches in soybean protoplast fusion were mainly discussed with an aim of breaking sexual hybridization incompatibility and developing new germplasm. Several prospects in soybean protoplast asymmetric fusion were also proposed.
