真空冷冻干燥在花卉方面的应用

摘    要:真空冷冻干燥技术是在独特的高真空度、低温环境条件下进行干燥的过程,其产品具有其它干燥方法所无法达到的效果。介绍了真空冷冻干燥的原理和预冻、升华干燥、解析干燥三个操作过程及真空冷冻干燥鲜花的特点,并对其在花卉方面的应用进行了详细的阐述。研究表明,采用真空冷冻干燥技术干燥鲜花是可行的,具有深入研究和应用的前景。

Abstract:The vacuum freeze-drying technology is the drying process in particular vacuum-degree and low temperature. Its products have an advantage over the other products that adopt other drying methods. The principle of vacuum freeze-drying and three operational process are introduced. The application of vacuum freeze-drying on flowers is also elaborated. It includes the character of vacuum freeze-drying flowers and the research on vacuum freeze-drying flowers in recent years. Besides the moisture content of Rosa chinensis, Aztec marigola, Limonium bicolor and peony, the eutectic temperature and co-melting temperature of peony are measured. The peony stems, leaves and flowers were examined with scanning electron microscopy( SEM ). The result shows that it is available for fresh flower to adopt the method of vacuum freeze-drying.
