尾菜沼液对基质栽培生菜产量和品质的影响

摘    要:文章以有机肥为对照(CON),设置4个沼液(BS)施用量,研究尾菜沼液对基质栽培生菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:3个沼液处理(BS2,BS3和BS4)相比CON增加了生菜产量,分别增加了11.4%,37.9%和35.5%。相对于有机肥,施用沼液能提高生菜的VC含量,降低硝酸盐含量,其中BS2的效果最好。与有机肥处理相比,施用沼液的处理促进了生菜对养分的吸收。综上,适量尾菜沼液可以代替商品有机肥生产基质生菜。

Abstract:In this paper,pot experiments were carried out with 4 different application rate of vegetable waste biogas slurry(BS)and with organic fertilizer as control(CON)to investigate the effects of biogas slurry on yield and quality of substrate cultivated lettuce.The results showed that,compared with CON,three biogas slurry treatments(BS2,BS3 and BS4)increased the yield of lettuce by 11.4%,37.9%and 35.5%respectively,among which BS2 had the best effect.The application of biogas slurry improved the Vc content and reduced the nitrate content of the lettuce,promoted the absorption of nutrients in lettuce.The comprehensive analysis suggested that applying the suitable amount of biogas slurry is an effective way to produce substrate cultivated lettuce.
