摘    要:为探究不同预处理对西藏固沙草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,寻求合理的西藏固沙草种子预处理方法,以西藏固沙草为研究对象,采用不同浓度的KMnO 4、H 2O 2、CuSO 4溶液对西藏固沙草进行不同时间的浸种处理,分析各处理对西藏固沙草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:KMnO 4、H 2O 2溶液在适当浓度和浸种时间处理下皆能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,在低浓度处理下各发芽指标随着浸种时间的增加而上升。用0.1%浓度KMnO 4浸种3 h和5%浓度H 2O 2浸种0.75 h,可使各萌发指标均达到峰值,并且对其根长和芽长具有显著的促进作用;随着CuSO 4溶液浓度的增加,西藏固沙草各发芽指标呈现出逐渐下降的趋势,浓度达到1%时,发芽率和发芽势显著低于对照。研究表明,高浓度的CuSO 4溶液对西藏固沙草早期幼苗的生长具有一定程度的抑制作用,而适当浓度的KMnO 4、H 2O 2、CuSO 4溶液浸种一定时间则均可促进西藏固沙草种子萌发,达到齐苗、壮苗的目的。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of different pretreatment on seed germination and seedling growth of Orinus tibet and search a optimal pretreatment for seed growth of O.tibet,we analyzed the effects of soaking seed with different concentrations of KMnO 4,H 2O 2,CuSO 4 solutions on the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index and seedling growth of O.tibet.The results showed that both KMnO 4 and H 2O 2 solutions could promote seed germination and seedling growth with appropriate concentration and soaking time,and the germination indexes increased with the increase of soaking time under low concentration treatment.Both soaking seed for 3 h with 0.1%KMnO 4 and soaking seed for 0.75 h with 5%H 2O 2 could promote the growth of roots and buds and all germination indexes reached the peak under the two pretreatments.With the increase of the concentration of CuSO 4 solution,the germination indexes of O.tibet seed showed a trend of gradual decline.And the germination rate and germination potential were significantly lower than the control group when the CuSO 4 concentration reached 1%,In summary,CuSO 4 solution with high concentration could inhibit the growth of early seedlings,while the moderately concentrated solutions of KMnO 4,H 2O 2,CuSO 4 could promote seed germination of O.tibet seed,which these pretreatments could achieve the goal of raising and strengthening seedlings.
