摘    要:为探索不同沼液预处理时间对废弃花卉秸秆厌氧消化产沼气特性的影响,进一步确定花卉秸秆沼液预处理的最佳时间,文章以云南四大切花混合花卉秸秆为原料,用沼液分别预处理1天,3天,5天,7天后在30℃下进行了批量式恒温沼气发酵实验。结果表明:沼液预处理3天的产气总量最高(预处理5天次之),预处理5天的产气峰值最高,预处理5天的能最快提升沼气含量,且在处理时间内随着预处理时间增加,原料产气速率加快,发酵时间缩短。综合确定花卉秸秆沼液预处理的最佳处理时间为5天。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of different biogas slurry pretreatment time on the biogas production characteristics in anaerobic digestion of waste flower straws were investigated so that to select an optimal pretreatment time.Mixed flower straws of four major kinds of cut flower in Yunnan were used as raw materials,and they were pretreated by biogas slurry for 1 day,3 days,5 days and 7 days respectively,and then batch thermostatic biogas fermentation experiments were carried out at 30℃.The results showed that the 3 day pretreatment group obtained the highest total gas production,followed by 5 day pretreatment group.And the 5 day group had the highest gas production peak value and was the fastest to increase the methane content.In addition,with the going on of pretreatment,the gas production rate of raw materials was accelerated and the fermentation time was shortened.Comprehensively,the optimal time for the pretreatment of flower straw with biogas slurry was 5 days.
