摘 要: | 目的:优化大黄超微粉的生产工艺。方法:本研究采用正交试验法对大黄超微粉生产工艺过程进行优化,考察了不同生产工艺对大黄超微粉过筛率的影响。结果:正交试验优选出大黄超微粉碎生产工艺的最佳条件,生产时水分含量为3%,研磨时间为20 min,棒料比为20∶1。结论:以优化工艺所得大黄超微粉的过筛率高,有利于工业生产。

Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the producing process for rhubarb ultra-structural powder.Methods: An orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the producing process for rhubarb ultra-structural powder.The different producing technology on the effect of sieving rate was evaluated.Results: The optimum conditions for rhubarb ultra-structural powder by orthogonal test optimized process were as follows: 3% water in the process of production for 20 min by milling with ratio of bar to water of 20∶1.Conclusion: The result of this experiment is reliable.The sieving rate of rhubarb ultra-structural powder produced by the optimized process is high.So it is propitious to the batch production. |
