摘    要:对经过卫星搭栽的水稻品种抗倒丝苗种子及后代进行了微卫星标记分析和有关性状研究.随机选用151对分布于水稻12条染色体上的微卫星引物对抗倒丝苗及其21个突变株系进行分子标记检测.结果发现突变株系与原种相比都存在多个标记座位的突变.突变标记座位的多少随突变系与原种间差异大小而变化.试验结果表明,空间诱变可使水稻的DNA分子在多个区段发生重复或缺失等结构性变异,从而使水稻的表型及生理指标发生变异.

Abstract:Some traits of the progenies SP3 derived from the rice cultivar KANGDAOSI MIAOwere investigated using SSR analysis.151 SSR primer pairs were chosed at random which were distributed throughout 12 rice chromosomes.The results showed that most mutants had more than two different labled loci comopared with origional varity KANGDAOSIMIAO.The polymorphism was various among different mutants.The results also showed that the mutation occurred on DNA could be induced by space mutation.Ultimately,the mutation of the ...
