南方季节性缺水灌区节水农业综合效益评估指标体系研究

摘    要:节水农业综合效益评估是节水农业中最基础的工作,在分析国内外节水农业综合效益评估研究的基础上,首次提出了南方季节性缺水灌区节水农业综合效益评估指标体系。节水农业工程系国民经济基础设施,其综合效益评估涉及面广、因素庞杂。鉴于此,在灌区节水农业纵、横比较分析的基础上,采用LFA理论,经逻辑分层、归类,构筑出4层次、3大类、24项单因子指标的区域性节水农业综合效益评估指标体系。

Abstract:Evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the water-saving agriculture is the most basic work in the water-saving agriculture.On the basis of the analyses of the development of the research on the evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the water-saving agriculture domestic and abroad,this article proposes for the first time the evaluation index system for the comprehensive benefits of water-saving agriculture in the seasonal water deficit irrigation district in the southern China.Water-saving agriculture engineering is the infrastructure of national economy,so evaluation of the comprehensive benefits involves a wide range of knowledge,numerous and jumbled factors.In view of this,this article adopts LFA theory to set up the index system on the basis of historical,inter-comparison analysis of water-saving agriculture of irrigated district through logical lamination,and classification.The system comprises of 24 single factors,3 classes at 4 levels.
