大蓟提取物对植物病原真菌的抑制活性

摘    要: 为了鉴定大蓟中所含成分对植物病原真菌的抑制活性;本研究通过溶剂提取法进行提取,并用生长速率法测定提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明,大蓟提取物对供试的植物病原菌具有一定的抑菌活性,其中50 mg/mL浓度石油醚提取物对石榴枯萎病菌的抑菌活性最高,抑制率达100%,毒力测定EC50为5.1017 mg/mL。

Abstract:In order to identify the components in Cirsium japonicum DC. with inhibitory effect on plant pathogenic fungi, we used solvent extraction method to extract components in C.japonicum DC., and assayed inhibition activity of extract. The results showed that C.japonicum DC. extracts had certain antimicrobial activity to the tested plant pathogenic fungi, while the antifungal activity of 50 mg/mL petroleum ether extract against Pomegranate fusarium oxysporium was the highest, its inhibition rate reached 100% and EC50 was 5.101 7 mg/mL.
