普洱茶发酵潮水机械的设计与应用研究

摘    要: 目前,专用的普洱茶发酵潮水设备还很少,结构工艺也不尽合理,限制了普洱茶加工生产机械化的进程。因此,加快对普洱茶潮水机械的研制并使其产业化生产,将对普洱茶产业的发展产生积极的作用。本文针对传统普洱茶加工潮水过程劳动强度大、卫生程度差,效率低、潮水不均匀等问题,对原有潮水机械的设计原理、结构进行分析研究,改进设计出滚筒式潮水机械,克服了原先的皮带式输送潮水的缺点,并结合单片机、皮带秤、电动调速阀等元件,设计出一套自动控制的潮水系统,提高普洱茶潮水的效果。

Abstract:At present, the water equipment of Pu-er tea's fermentation is seldom; structure is not very reasonable and limits the mechanization processing of Pu-er tea's production. Therefore, speeding up the research of the watering mechanical and the industrial production will make a positive effect on the development of Pu-er tea industry. According to the problem of traditional Pu-er tea's watering process that large labor intensity, poor hygiene, low efficiency, the existing equipment and improvement in principle and structure were studied and the roller mechanical was designed. The machine use of roller instead of belt as a workplace, combining with single chip, belt weigher, electric control valves and other components, a set of automatic control water system was designed to improve the watering effect of the Pu-er tea.
