烟草品种辣椒叶脉斑驳病毒病的症状与抗病性鉴定

摘    要: 辣椒叶脉斑驳病毒(Chilli veinal mottle virus,ChiVMV)为马铃薯Y病毒属(Potyvirus)的确定种,在我国烟草上的危害呈上升趋势,了解ChiVMV侵染烟草品种的症状和品种的抗性有利于病害防治。本文通过塑料大棚内摩擦接种,分析了21个烟草品种的症状特征和对ChiVMV的抗性。ChiVMV侵染烟草的典型症状为褪绿黄化、花叶、疱斑和叶缘下卷。按照国家标准GB/T 23224—2008,依据接种ChiVMV后14 d的平均病情指数,各品种对ChiVMV的抗性分别为:MD609,巴斯玛1号和云烟97为感病,MSK326,MS云烟87,MS云烟85,红花大金元等18个供试品种为高感。云南省烟草主栽品种缺乏对ChiVMV的抗性,ChiVMV的危害需要引起重视。

Abstract:The damage of tobacco caused by Chilli veinal mottle virus (ChiVMV) in China has increased, understanding ChiVMV symptoms on tobacco varieties and cultivars resistance could direct disease management. In this study, the symptoms and resistance to ChiVMV of 21 tobacco cultivars were elevated by mechanical inoculation in plastic tunnel. The typical symptoms of ChiVMV were chlorosis, yellowing, mosaic, blotch, leaf edge roll down. Cultivars of MD609, Basma 1 and Yunyan 97 were susceptible to ChiVMV, other 18 varieties (MSK326, MSYunyan 87, MSYunyan 85 and Honghuadajingyuan, etc.) were highly susceptible to ChiVMV. No variety was resistant to ChiVMV from the tested Yunnan tobacco varieties. More attention should be paid to the impact of ChiVMV on tobacco.
