| Abstract: | The important status and functions of universities were discussed in the paper from following aspects, such as education, scientific research, transform of achievements, extension and exploitation. It was suggested that we should combine scientific researches with the construction of subjects, training of qualified personnel and transform of achievements and enhance the innovative ability of science and technology. |
