安徽省水稻品种资源抗病虫性鉴定研究

摘    要:本研究系国家"七·五"农业科技攻关项目之一.按全国统一鉴定技术方案,已完成我省参加全国统一编目的水稻品种资源抗稻瘟病鉴定803份,抗白叶枯病鉴定805份,抗褐飞虱鉴定816份,抗白背飞虱鉴定779份,分别比"七·五"合同书原计划738份,超额完成65份、67份、78份和41份.通过鉴定筛选,发掘了一批单抗、双抗、多抗和抗源品种.为国家种质库提供了精确的抗病鉴定的性状数据,为育种部门提供了一批抗源,为生产部门提供了一批综合性状较好的广谱抗性品种. 研究结果还表明,抗性品种对稻飞虱的生长发育有一定的抑制作用,表现在成虫寿命感虫品种是抗虫品种的1.2倍;存活率是其1-3.7倍;繁殖率是其24.5倍;排泄蜜露量是其3.9-4.5倍.

Abstract:The study was one of the key subjects of the agricultural science andtechnology in the 7th Five-Year-Plan. In accordance with the nationalunified evaluation methods, among the rice varieties which were nati-onally catalogued by Anhui, the resistance of 803 ones to Pyriculariaoryzae, 805 to Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae, 816 to Nilaparvatalugens and 779 to Sogatella furcifera had been evaluated, the figureswhich were more than 65, 67, 78 and 41 of the contracted ones 738,respectively. Some varieties with the mono-, double- and multi-resist-ance had been found during the study. The results supplied the charac-teristic data of pest resistance for the national rice germ plasm bank,provided the division of plant breeding with the valuable resistant res-ources and of rice production with some multiple resistance varietiescontained good comprehensive characteristics. The results also showed that the resistance varieties could repress thedevelopment of two planthoppers in certain degree, which could beconfirmed with the facts that the adult longevity, the survival andreproduction rates and the excreting amount of honey-dew of the insects,in susceptible varieties were 1.2, 1-3.7, 24.6 and 3.9-4. 5 times as manyas those of the resistant ones.
