部分柿属雄性种质巨大花粉、花粉离体及其在罗田甜柿柱头上的萌发率

摘    要:甜柿品种一般仅着生雌花,少数雌雄同株,具有雄花的优良甜柿亲本很少,限制了完全甜柿杂交育种进程。2n花粉在植物多倍体育种中具有重要价值。本研究以12份柿属雄性种质为试材,进行花粉离体和活体萌发率以及巨大花粉比例检测。结果表明:供试雄性种质花粉萌芽率为20.1%-38.5%;除台湾正柿及油柿外,其余试材的花粉均能在罗田甜柿的柱头上萌发;雄株2号、雄株3号、雄株8号不含巨大花粉,其余试材均有不同比例的巨大花粉存在。

Abstract:Most of the non-astringent persimmon cultivars are gynoecy or pistillate-type, while fewer are monoecious-type. Cross breeding is encumbered for the fewer superior non-astringent genotype bearing staminate flowers. 2n pollen showed great value in plant polyploid breeding.12 Diospyros spp. staminate germplasm materials were used to test themselves pollen germination ability in vitro and on the stigma of D. kaki Thunb. cv. Luotiantianshi and the occurrence of giant pollen. The results showed that the pollen germination ability in vitro of those materials varied from 20.1% to 38.5%. 10 materials except Taiwanzhengshi (D. kaki Thunb.) and Oily persimmon (D. oleifera Cheng.) had germination ability on the stigma of Luotiantianshi. There are different percentage of giant pollen existing in 9 germplasm genotypes but Male strain No.2, Male strain No.3 and Male strain No.8.
