| 摘 要： | 在３２例胸部ＣＴ检查有病变的病例中使用双窗技术，分别阅读肺窗、纵隔窗以及双窗位片，比较使用双窗前后的诊断结果。发现使用双窗前，有６例误诊，应用双窗后只有１例误诊。对ＣＣＴ双窗技术的原理以及其优点与限度作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The double window was applied in 32 patients with thoracic diseases examined by CT. The pictures of lung window,mediastinum window and double window were read respectively, and the diagnoses results were contrasted.The results showed that 6 misdiagnoses were made before the double window was used and only one misdiagnosis after it was used. The principle,advantages and limitation of double window were dis cussed. |
