内生性农业企业与外生性农业企业——农业企业系列研究之一

在国内首次提出了内生性和外生性农业企业概念,研究了二者的经营机理、联系与区别,分析了其理论与实践意义,并据此研究了农业产业化与农业企业化的联系和区别,认为:应在农业产业化的基础上继续进行农村经营体制机制创新并实行农业企业化战略,在实践中要大力发展内生性农业企业,规范外生性农业企业发展,并促进外生性农业企业向内生性农业企业转变。

Internal enterprise and external enterprise of agriculture——one of the series study on agricultural enterprise

The concept of internal enterprise and external enterprise of agriculture were put forward in this paper.It is the first time reported in China.The author studied the management mechanism,the relationship and difference between the internal enterprise and external enterprise and analysed their theoretical and practical significance.According to the above analysis,the paper studied the relationship and difference between the agricultural industrialization and agricultural enterprisation,pointed out that the renovation of mechanisms and institution of rural management should be go further and carry out the agricultural enterprisation strategy based on the agricultural industrialization,devote major efforts to develop internal enterprise of agriculture and make attempts to standardize the external enterprise of agriculture development,and at the same time promote the transformation from external enterprise to internal enterprise.
