外源水杨酸对小麦幼苗生长和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:采用0、0.1、0.2、0.4和0.8 mmol/L水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)对徐麦29幼苗进行叶面喷施处理。结果表明:与对照相比,不同浓度外源水杨酸增加幼苗鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、根系活力、SOD和POD活性。相关性分析表明:鲜重与叶绿素含量呈显著正相关,与干重呈极显著正相关;SOD与POD呈极显著正相关;根系活力与SOD和POD呈显著正相关。因此,外源水杨酸能提高非胁迫条件下小麦抗氧化能力,促进其生长。

Abstract:Xumai 29 was sprayed with Salicylic acid(SA) of different concentrations(0.1,0.2,0.4,and 0.8 mmol/L) in this experiment.The results showed that: compared with the control,SA increased the Fresh-weight,Dry-weight,Chlorophyll content,root activity,SOD and POD activity of the treatments.The correlation analysis showed that the Fresh weight of treatments was significantly positive correlated with chlorophyll content,and highly significant with the Dry-weight;SOD activity was significantly positive correlated wi...
