礼泉中南部引进猕猴桃试验初探

在礼泉中南部地区引进与筛选猕猴桃品种，为该区域能否种植与生产猕猴桃提供参考。以7个猕猴桃品种为材料，调查各品种物候期、生长结果习性、产量、品质及销售价格等指标，进行统计分析和适应性综合评价。7个猕猴桃品种各有优缺点，其中''海沃德''成熟期较晚，萌芽率低，风味偏酸，但单果质量、维生素C含量和产量较高；''徐香''萌芽率中，单果质量中，味甜浓香；''翠香''单果质量大，产量中等，可溶性固形物含量高，但萌芽率和维生素C含量较低；''农大金猕''成熟期早，萌芽率和坐果率高，单果质量小，风味酸甜适宜，产量中等；''黄金果''萌芽率高，坐果率低，单果质量和维生素C含量中等；''脐红''和''红阳''成熟期早，可溶性固形物和维生素C含量高，风味较甜，价格高，但产量偏低。主成分分析综合得分排名依次为''红阳''> ''脐红''> ''农大金猕''> ''翠香''> ''黄金果''> ''徐香''> ''海沃德''。因此，适宜在礼泉中南部推广种植的猕猴桃品种为''红阳'' ''脐红'' ''农大金猕''和''翠香''。

Experiment of Introduced Kiwifruit in South-central Liquan in Shaanxi

To introduce and screen suitable kiwifruit varieties for south-central Liquan in Shaanxi,so as to provide reference for introduction and selection of appropriate kiwifruit varieties in this area. Seven kiwifruit varieties were used as materials to investigate the phenological period,growth and fruiting habits,yield and quality of each variety. The seven kiwifruit varieties had their own advantages and disadvantages,among which ''Hayward'' was late-maturing,with low germination rate,sour taste,but high fruit mass,vitamin C content and yield; ''Xuxiang'' had medium germination rate,medium fruit mass,sweet and fragrant taste; ''Cuixiang'' had large single fruit mass,medium yield and high content of soluble solids,but had low germination rate and vitamin C content; ''Nongdajinmi'' was early-maturing,with high germination rate and fruit-setting rate,and small single fruit mass,moderate sour and sweet taste,medium yield; ''Huangjinguo'' had high germination rate,low fruit setting rate,moderate single fruit mass and vitamin C content. ''Qihong'' and ''Hongyang'' were eary-maturing,with high content of soluble solids and vitamin C,sweet taste,high sell price,but low yield. Comprehensively,the score order of principal component analysis was ''Hongyang'' > ''Qihong'' > ''Nongdajinmi '' > ''Cuixiang'' > ''Huangjinguo'' > ''Xuxiang'' > ''Hayward''. Therefore,''Hongyang''Qihong''Nongdajinmi'' and ''Cuixiang'' are suitable to be planted in the south-central Liquan in Shaanxi.
