摘    要:以2年生盆栽早玉桃为试材,以自然光强为对照,用窗纱和50%的遮阳网材料进行处理,研究1层窗纱、1层遮阳网、1层窗纱加1层遮阳网对桃花器官发育的影响。结果表明:1层遮阳网(26.1klx)、1层窗纱加1层遮阳网(14.5klx),影响花器官发育的各个阶段,使花期缩短;随着光照强度的降低,花瓣的颜色逐渐变浅,花的直径减小,不影响雌蕊的长度、子房的直径、花丝的长度、花药的大小、花粉粒的数量及大小;花粉的萌发率随着光照强度的降低呈现下降的趋势,日平均光照强度为26.1,14.5klx,均极显著地降低花粉的萌发率;桃树花器官发育期间光胁迫点处于14.5~26.1klx之间。

Abstract:The effect of low light on peach flower development was observed three treatments were a layer of window screen,a layer of sunshading-net,a layer of window screen plus a layer of sunshading-net,combined with actual light intensity with potted "zaoyu" cultivar peach.The results showed:with the light intensity decreasing,each stage was affected in flower development period,and flowering stage was obviously shortened;petal color decreased with light intensity decreasing,light intensity did not affect flower diameter,the length of filament,pistil ovary,anther size,size and number of pollen grain;with the light intensity decreasing,pollen germination tended to rteduce,moreover,26.1 klx,14.5 klx of diurnal average light intensity had both significantly reduced pollen germination;light stress point lies in 14.5~26.1 klx in peach flower development period.
