| 摘 要： | 利用氨基酸分析仪对南板蓝根氨基酸进行分离测定，证实其含有脯氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、半胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、丝氨酸等十四种氨基酸，但未发现精氨酸、赖氨酸和组氨酸。

| Abstract: | Amino acids in Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek. were isolated and identifyied by using the amino acid analyzer. It was confirmed that Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek. contains fourteen kinds of amino acids in all, including proline, glycine, threonine, methionine, alanine, asparagine, glutamic acid, cysteine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, valine, isoleucine, leucine and serine. While there were no arginine, lysine and histidine. |
