黔阳无核大红甜橙的选育

1980～1982年从湖南省黔阳县园艺示范场普通大红甜橙冻后回蔸树萌生徒长枝中选育出来的黔阳无核大红甜橙,果形美观。品质优良,无核(每果种子数0～0.3粒),汁胞较纤细,柔软多汁,维生索C含量较丰富;产量高而稳定;耐贮藏。截至1991年已推广1500多亩,已经湖南省农作物品种审定委员会认定为甜橙类新品种。据花粉发芽试验及花粉母细胞减数分裂观察,初步认为花粉败育是导致其无核的主要原因。

Selection of Seedless Qianyang Dahong Sweet Orange

Seedless Qianyang Dahong sweet orange is a sport selected from common Dahong sweet orange in the Horticultural Farm of Qianyang county, Hunan province. The selected line is superior to the common Dahong sweet orange in many aspects, such as better quality, better storage performance, higher Ve content, more steady and higher yield, and seedlessness (0-0.3 seeds/fruit), by 1991, it had been grown for more than 1500mu. According to the observation on the pollen germination and the pollen mother cell meiosis, it is preliminarily suggested that pollen abortion is the cause of its seedlessness.
