花生根结线虫(Meloidogyne hapla Chitwood)的生活史及温湿度影响

摘    要: 1959-1989年,通过对花生根结线虫生活史及温、湿度的研究证明:该线虫在山东省烟台地区每年发生三代,以卵或幼虫在土壤内越冬。幼虫侵入根组织田间土壤最低温度为12.5℃,发育完成一个世代所需天数的长短,随土壤温湿度的变化而异,在一定温度范围内,完成一代所需时间随温度的提高而缩短。5月中旬至6月下旬,土温于16.33-25.64℃。土壤含水量于6.94-12.58%为该线虫的侵染盛期。

Abstract:The effects of temperature and moisture on the life cycle of peanut root-knot nematode had been studied during 1959-1989 Peanat roof-knof complefed three generations a year in yantai ared of Shandong province and overwinfered in eggs or larvas in soil The larvas invaded root tissues of peanut minimum soiltemperature for derelopment was 12.05℃ The period for one generation depended on soil temperature.The life cycle was shortened with increased soil temperature within the permitted temperature limits The larvas infested intensively from the middle of May to the end of June while the soil temperature was 16.33-25.64℃ with water content of 6.94-12.58%.
