摘    要:采用常规的CCU方法对猪肺炎支原体培养物菌数测定中存在很多的弊端,如耗时长、影响因素多等,难以用于实际生产中。本研究采用PCR方法能有效地克服CCU方法的缺点,具有重复性好、特异性强、快速准确等特点,为大规模猪肺炎支原体培养和疫苗生产提供保证。

Abstract:The traditional method to determine the cell count in culture of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is CCU assay, but it suffers from several drawbacks. First, the assay requires long time to complete. Second, there are too many influences on the final result. The CCU assay is difficult to use in manufacture. In this study, the PCR assay overcomes all of these problems. The advantages include good repeatability and specificity, fast and accuracy. It adapt to the large-scale cultivation and vaccine production of Myeoplasma hyopneumoniae.
