Abstract:With the application of molecular biology in plant pathology, many plant resistance genes and avr genes of plant pathogen were cloned subsequently, which deepened the understanding of the function of plant resistance genes and the mechanism of plant resistance. This paper summarized the structure and function of plant resistance genes, the composition of plant resistance loci, the production mechanism of new resistance loci and the possible evolution paths of plant resistance gene.
