| 摘 要： | 文章对管理学课程考试方式的改革进行研究，提出应增加形成性考试在考试成绩中的比重，设计了由平时成绩、实验游戏和案例讨论、课堂大作业和期末考试四个模块构成的管理学考试方案，并进行了实践应用。通过模块式考核，促进了学生学习这门课程的积极性与主动性，有效地提高了教学效果。最后提出了今后应改进的方向。

| Abstract: | Through study on the exam method reform of management fundamental, it was proposed that the proportion of formation part should be increased in the total score, and an exam proposal composed of normal performance, experimental games and case discussion, class assignment and the final examination was designed and put into practice. The result shows that the exam reform has promoted students to study this curriculum more actively and enhanced the teaching effect. Finally the improverment direction is put forward. |
