直杆大叶相思网袋轻型育苗基质扦插繁殖研究

摘    要:通过正交试验设计研究不同网袋轻型育苗基质对直杆大叶相思扦插繁殖生根率,生根数及苗高的影响差异,研究了插穗不同下切口型对网袋轻型育苗基质扦插生根的影响差异。结果表明:网袋轻型育苗基质A因子及B因子对扦插生根影响差异达到显著水平,其中A_3B_2C_1为生根率最高组合,达到83.6%;插穗3种下切口型对网袋轻型育苗基质扦插生根影响中,以双削面生根率最高,达到86.6%。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different net-bag light mediums on the roofing ratio, the number of roots, and the height of the cuttings were studied by the design of orthogonal test, as well as the effects of different cutting-surface types on the rooting ratio, the results were showed: the rice husk and wood chips as netbag light midiums was optimal for root regeneration. The combination of A_3 B_2 C_1 is best to promote the rooting ratio. In the three types of cutting-surface, two-side type had the highest rooting ratio.
