| 摘 要： | 原油流变性测量是储存和管输原油工艺设计及经营管理中极为重要的基础工作。在ＳＹ／Ｔ０５２０－３标准的执行过程中，存在仪器人工操作繁琐，测量时间长和测量仪器软件操作无标准的缺点。通过对该标准的理论分析与试验研究，建立了测量无弹性触变性含原油流变曲线的基本方法，探讨了这种方法在流变仪、粘度计的人工操作和软件操作两种方法下使用的可行性。

| Abstract: | The measurement of equilibrium flow curves of thixotropic waxy crude oil is the most important basic work in the process design of storage and transportation system of crude oil. During using the measurement standard of the SY/T 0520-93 of the P. R. C,there are a few disadvantages,i, e. ,more calculations,long time waiting for the manual operation and no a criterion for the software automatic operation. Through analyzing the standard and laboratory testing,the authors have found a very useful criterion for the manual
and automatic software measurement operation of rheometer or viscometer,it is dlnt/dt<8.35z10-5 |
