| 摘 要： | 随着储罐向大型化发展、大型网壳拱顶罐大量出现，其结构特点给储罐的安装增中了难度。实践证明，对这种油罐采用液压顶升倒装施工是一种安全可靠、经济有效的施工方法，尤其对大型网壳结构等特殊类型的储罐更具有优越性。介绍了大型网壳拱顶罐液压升倒装施工工艺原理、施工程序、机具设备和安装和过程，同时指出其工艺特点。

| Abstract: | As the size of the storage tanks are larger and larger,there will be more and more large lattice dome roof tanks. The erection difficulty to this kind of tank greatly increases due to its specific structure. Adopting the hydraulic lift upsidedown erection method to this tank is safe and cost-effective, especially those large size lattice dome roof tanks. The paper introduces the technological principle of the hydraulic lift upsidedown erection method of the large size lattice dome roof tank and its erection procedure,machines and tools,and installation procedure as well as its technological feature. |
